ROCK HILL, S.C. — Two teens have been arrested in a shooting death in South Carolina.

York County sheriff’s spokesman Trent Faris said 19-year-old Robert Evans Outen of York County was charged Thursday with murder.

Coroner Sabrina Gast told local media that 23-year-old Mardarius Bailey of Lancaster was shot to death late Tuesday afternoon. Bailey’s body was found at an intersection between Rock Hill and York.

Sheriff Kevin Tolson said that 19-year-old Tyler Wayne Montgomery of Rock Hill was arrested Wednesday and charged with murder.

It was not clear whether OUten and Montgomery have attorneys yet.

Deputies have not released a motive for the shooting. There was no word yet on whether the suspects and the victim knew each other.
