NEW YORK — New York City police are searching for a suspect in a hit-and-run crash that killed a woman.

WABC-TV reports the crash happened Sunday night in the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn. Police say 65-year-old Dorothy Parker was struck and killed.

Authorities say the driver involved in the crash stopped and then fled the scene.

Police say the vehicle involved is a 2003 to 2005 silver Honda Accord that has front and passenger side damage.
