A southside hospital is hosting several classes on how to help you complete end-of-life planning.
Franciscan Health Indianapolis is hosting upcoming classes regarding advance directives.
Advance directives are documents you can complete to protect your rights, determine your medical treatment and help your family and doctor understand your wishes about your health care.
Health care professionals will be available to help participants complete their advance directives or to address any questions they might have regarding end-of-life planning.
The classes are:
- 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 16, Franciscan Health Indianapolis, Terrace Café alcove, 8111 S. Emerson Ave., Indianapolis.
- 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. April 19, Greenwood Park Mall, Rejuvenation Station, 1251 U.S. 31 North, Greenwood.
