WEST LEBANON, N.H. — Police in New Hampshire say they’re trying to find out who put fliers on cars saying that whites are superior to other races.

The Valley News reports the fliers found Wednesday at the Upper Valley Plaza shopping mall in West Lebanon also say “forced integration is deliberate and malicious genocide.”

The pamphlets also feature the numbers 14 and 88, which white supremacists often use as cryptic references to Adolf Hitler.

Police Chief Richard Mello calls the fliers distasteful, but he doesn’t think that a crime has been committed. He called the words a “philosophy rooted in a racially charged manner.”
