WORCESTER, Mass. — The FBI is asking for a warrant to obtain data from an Instagram account after a New Jersey man allegedly tried to lure a Worcester boy to send him naked photograph.

MassLive.com reports 33-year-old Jordan Winczuk of Bellmawr, New Jersey allegedly used Instagram to request pornographic photos from the 11-year-old boy.

On Jan. 30, employees of a Worcester public school and the victim’s mother told Worcester police they discovered inappropriate Instagram messages from a “joeycarson9807” on the victim’s phone. The number associated with the social media account was connected to Winczuk, and he was taken into custody on Feb. 27.

Winczuk was convicted in 2010 of sexual assault on a teenage victim, and was arrested in 2008 following allegations that he molested three children . An attorney for Winczuk could not be reached for comment.
