A video that shows local residents and businesses how spending a few hundred dollars cam improve communities will be shown several times this year.
The Historic Artcraft Theatre, 57 N. Main St., Franklin, is hosting a free showing of the video “Curb Appeal and First Time Sales” by branding expert Roger Brooks at 10 a.m. and noon March 14.
This event is sponsored by the Artcraft and the Johnson County Convention, Visitor and Tourism Commission, which oversees Festival Country Indiana. People are invited to bring a lunch, a notebook and a pen to participate in this lunch-and-learn event.
Brooks toured the communities of Johnson County in 2017 and provided recommendations to Festival Country Indiana, which is the official tourism agency in Johnson County.
The next videos in the series will be shown 10 a.m. and noon April 11 and May 9; and noon and 6 p.m. June 6, July 11 and Aug. 8.
