COLUMBIA, S.C. — Authorities say they have arrested a second guard at a South Carolina prison who they say was bribed by the same inmate.

Arrest warrants say Corrections Department employee Kennetta Holloway was paid $100 to bring contraband into Allendale Correctional Institution for prisoner Levi Bing Jr.

Holloway was charged Wednesday with accepting a bribe and misconduct in office.

Similar charges were filed against a different Allendale guard on Tuesday who authorities say took $1,246 in bribes from Bing.

Bing is serving 40-year prison sentence for the killing of a man trying to sell a car in Orangeburg County in November 2003.

A third prison guard was arrested Monday after authorities say he sold marijuana and tobacco to inmates at a different state prison.
