Local financial adviser joins Freedom Club

Josh DeArmitt, an independent financial advisor at DeArmitt Financial Group in Franklin is a member of the LPL’s Freedom Club.

LPL awards award advisors, out of the more than 15,000 LPL-affiliated advisors nationwide, with this distinction based on an advisor’s business success.

Southside school earns money through program

Indiana Members Credit Union gave $3,557 to Roncalli High School as part of an ongoing school spirit debit card program.

The partnership allows Roncalli fans the opportunity to show their school spirit and support the high school by signing up for a Roncalli Rebels themed debit card. Every time the card is used as a signature-based transaction, Roncalli High School benefits.

Greenwood resident named administrative director

A Greenwood resident has been named administrative director for a central Indiana hospital chain.

Sharon M. Annee, MS, has been appointed administrative director of neurosciences for Franciscan Health Central Indiana.

She will oversee all operational aspects of neurosciences and orthopedics programs at hospital campuses in Indianapolis, Mooresville and Carmel.

Before her appointment as administrative director of orthopedics in 2016, Annee served as manager of inpatient therapy services and outpatient specialty services. She also was the team leader of orthopedics and medical-surgical inpatient physical therapy at Mooresville.

Auto shop opening in Center Grove area

A car maintenance shop is expanding into the Center Grove area.

Christian Brothers Automotive, a car maintenance and repair company, will build a shop at Smith Valley Road and Morgantown Road.

The company operates other shops in Westfield and Carmel.
