Home-school students who want to test their spelling skills can compete in a spelling bee.
A home-school spelling bee will be 6 p.m. March 20 at the Boys and Girls Club of Franklin, 101 Hurricane St.
The bee is open to home-school students in third, fourth or fifth grade. The winning student will earn the right to compete at the Johnson County Spelling Bee on April 17.
