GREENWOOD
Randall Scott Wilson, age 61, of Greenwood, IN, passed away on Friday afternoon, February 23, 2018 at Community South Hospital in Indianapolis.
Randy was born on May 10, 1956 in Batesville, IN, to the late Charles E. Wilson and Arlene V. Shackelford. He was a 1974 Southport High School graduate. On October 25, 1975, he married the love of his life, Konnie J. Anderson, who survives. Randy owned and operated Creative Ceramic Tile for over 25 years. He was an avid New England Patriots fan, as well as a Tom Brady fan. He enjoyed playing golf, was a lifelong coin collector and loved music. He was always known to be compassionate, generous and kind. He was the life of the party and truly never knew a stranger. He will be greatly missed by his family and his friends.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Konnie J. Wilson; three daughters, Heather Brooks (Jason), Kristi Roach (Cory) and Lindsey Dresslar (Chris); five grandchildren, Taylor, Kaila, Codin, Bella and Caleb; one sister, Gayle Burton (Ed).
Randy was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Charles Wilson II; and one sister, Janet Russell.
Funeral services for Randy will be on Wednesday, February 28 at 1:00 pm at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory-Greenwood Chapel. The family will receive guests at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 4:00-8:00 PM and again from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Burial will immediately follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Greenwood.
