MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — A body has been found near a Walgreens in South Carolina.

Horry County police’s Krystal Dotson tells news outlets that the body was discovered Sunday afternoon in the Carolina Forest community.

Michelle McSpadder with the Horry County Coroner’s Office says the victim was a man and likely died of a drug overdose.

The man’s identity has not been released.
