GREER, S.C. — A South Carolina man has died when his pickup truck rolled over him as he worked on it in his driveway.

Greenville County Deputy Coroner Kent Dill said in a news release that 26-year-old Cody Ryan Tellier of Greer was working on the truck about 5:15 p.m. Thursday when the vehicle rolled over him and ended up in a neighbor’s yard.

The Lake Cunningham Fire Department and Greenville County emergency medical service workers responded to the call, but Tellier died at the scene.

The coroner’s office and the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office are investigating.

Dill said an autopsy was planned Friday.
