GREENWOOD
Chad Allen Green, age 29, of Greenwood, Indiana, formerly of Pleasant Lake, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Community Hospital North, Indianapolis, Indiana.
He was born on March 6, 1988 in Angola, Indiana, the son of Ray Green, and Dawn (Spade) Green.
Chad graduated from Center Grove High School, Greenwood, Indiana, in 2006. In his early years he attended school at Pleasant Lake Elementary School. He currently worked for Williams Brothers Long Term Care Pharmacy in Indianapolis, Indiana. He formerly worked for Letica in Fremont, Indiana, and Taylor Home Services in Greenwood, Indiana.
He enjoyed swimming, playing golf, and reading. Chad was a person full of life, he liked to stay busy, and made people laugh, and was an inspiration to many that knew him.
Survivors include his mother, Dawn Green of Greenwood, Indiana, his father, Ray Green (and fiancee, Deanna Hoggatt) of Pleasant Lake, Indiana, two brothers, Adam Green, and Bradley Green, both of Pleasant Lake, Indiana, maternal grandparents, Allen and Marlene Spade of Howe, Indiana, nieces, Brooklyn S. Green of Angola, Indiana, and Madalynn E. Allen of Angola, Indiana, and his closest best friend, Janelle Taylor of Greenwood, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James C. and Faye I. (Cummings) Green.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 pm Friday, February 9, 2018 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 pm Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana, with Rev. Jon Bruney officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Orland, Indiana.
