Andrew J. “Joe” Inabnitt

Andrew (Joe) Joseph Inabnitt, 61, Greenwood, went to be with the Lord on February 2nd, 2018. He was born July 2nd, 1956 in Franklin, IN, the son of Carlis “Toddy” and Barbara (Havens) Inabnitt. He is the second oldest of four children; Carla (Howard) Beeson, Jill (Kent) Miller, and Bill (Jennifer) Inabnitt.

He graduated from Center Grove High School in 1974. In 1978, he and Marcia Moran were married, for 24 years, and had two daughters, Dana (Greg) Dillman, was born in 1980 and Alicia Ryan in 1982. He adored his four grandchildren: Layla & Brianna Dillman and Brenna & Liam Ryan.

Joe has been in the car business most of his life. He worked for Ray Skillman Auto Sales for 13 years as the finance manager. In 1994, he started Approval Auto Credit vehicle sales and financing which continues to be a thriving business.

He joined Bargersville Masonic Lodge #679 F. & A.M., in 1986. He was also a member of the Indianapolis Valley of the Scottish Rite and the Murat Shrine.

Joe loved life, especially the last four years spent with his fiance, Kathy Berry from Mississippi. She has 2 children Josh (Destany) Berry and Jaime Berry. He constantly told her, “Spend every day doing the things you love with the people you love doing them with!”

His favorite past times were golfing, reading, fishing, hunting and traveling. He loved to travel the country and the world, especially to beautiful Grindelwald, Switzerland. He visited close friends and family in Grindelwald several times, and was able to celebrate his 60th birthday there last July. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with those he loved.

The Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Murat Shrine, 510 North New Jersey Street, Indianapolis, IN, beginning at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions, in memory of Joe, are suggested to Shriners Hospitals for Children, c/o Murat Shrine, 510 N. New Jersey Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson St.Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Greenwood Chapel.
