Tressa Jane Tieken, 86, passed away January 27, 2018.
She was born July 17, 1931 in Franklin, IN to Albert E. Durbin and Mary Alvina (Short) Durbin. Survivors include her husband, Frank Tieken of Indianapolis; son, Roger Smith (Rebecca King-Smith) of New Castle; sister, Dorcas Gibbs of Franklin.
She was preceded in death by husbands, Clyde Smith and Charles Rogers; one daughter, Linda Smolek; two brothers, Rolla and James Durbin; and three sisters, Nora Joan Woods, Rowena Bernice Speyer, and Grace Blossom Gallagher.
Tressa was a secretary for the State of Indiana Highway Department, retiring in 1992.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #439 in Franklin, the Red Hats Society, and the Greenwood Moose Lodge. She enjoyed water aerobics at OASIS.
A graveside service will take place at 11 AM Thursday at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Greenwood.
