LAS VEGAS — Police in Las Vegas say they’re looking for a gunman with braided hair and a gold chain who drove away in a black Dodge Charger after witnesses say he shot a man dead outside a market east of downtown.

The Clark County coroner said Monday that 41-year-old David Lee Parsons died of a gunshot to the chest in a case that was ruled a homicide.

Police say Parsons and his killer fought in the store and continued to struggle with each other at the vehicle before the shooting about 2 p.m. Saturday in a parking lot near Owens Avenue and Pecos Road.

The suspect stayed in the vehicle and drove away. Police say he was wearing a bandanna on his head, a dark jacket and jeans.
