INDIANAPOLIS
Elly (Muhlke) Hannemann VanNess, 82, of Indianapolis, passed away January 27, 2018. She was born September 25, 1935 in Danzig, Germany the daughter of Gustav and Anna (Lukaschewski) Muhlke. She worked for 30 years at Klemm’s Meat Market.
She is survived by her daughters, Silvia Parrish (Stevenson), Mariane Huckleberry (Charles) and Sandy Risner (Tobin); a step-daughter, Valda Frizzell (David); her sister Magarete Weikert; 7 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and 9 step-greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 2, 2018 from 4-8 PM at Little and Sons Funeral Home, 4901 E. Stop 11 Rd., Indianapolis, IN. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be 2:00 PM Saturday in Park Cemetery in Fairmount, IN.
