PEQUANNOCK, N.J. — Police say a New Jersey Department of Transportation worker charged with drunken driving after the snow plow he was operating struck two vehicles had been charged following an apparent road rage incident weeks earlier.
NJ.com reports that Denville police said in a news release that 36-year-old Roger Attieh was arrested Dec. 14 after cutting off another vehicle, getting out and fighting with another driver. Capt. Keith Partin said in a news release that he was charged with DWI, refusal to submit to a breath test and reckless driving.
Pequannock police say the Boonton resident sideswiped a vehicle Monday, inspected the damage, started to drive away but rear-ended another vehicle. He was charged with drunken driving and drunken driving in a commercial motor vehicle. It’s unclear whether he has an attorney.
