1600 block of Franklin Place Court: A woman reported at 10:49 a.m. Thursday that someone damaged two of her tires.

Personal-injury accidents

3:32 p.m. Thursday — County Line Road and Hardigan Street. William Hale, 65, and Nicole Sanford, 46, Greenwood. Sanford reported neck pain.

7:35 a.m. Thursday — U.S. 31 South, and Stop 18 Road. Matthew Keck, 23, Greenwood and Amanda Dransfield, 29, Indianapolis. Keck reported neck pain.

Thefts

Walmart, 1133 N. Emerson Avenue: Police responded at 4:06 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft.

1200 block of Cottage Way: Police responded at 4:41 a.m. Friday to a report of stolen shoes.

Theft

3800 block of Chancellor Drive, Greenwood: A man reported at 6:32 p.m. Thursday that an acquaintance had not returned a cell phone.

Traffic offense

Tyler Court and Fairview Road, Greenwood: An officer reported at 12:33 a.m. Friday that he stopped a motorist for not stopping at two stop signs. The man driving the vehicle did not have a license and had an open beer can in his vehicle. He was arrested and used ugly language and kicked at an officer.

Patrick S. Kennedy, 24, 1143 Oak Leaf Road, Franklin; arrested on a charge of probation revocation; held without bond.
