PHILADELPHIA — One person is dead in a fire in a Philadelphia row house.

The fire broke out around 3:30 a.m. Monday on North Holly Street.

The name of the victim has not been released and officials are trying to determine what caused the fire.

This is the third fire death in the city for this year.
