SEABROOK, N.H. — New Hampshire fire officials have identified the person who died in a single-story home last week.

Firefighters say 68-year-old Sandra Devito, of Seabrook, died in the Jan. 1 fire. Investigators said her manner of death was accidental, with the cause of death resulting from thermal and inhalation injuries related to the fire.

Firefighters say the home was experiencing frozen pipes during the cold weather spell and there were attempts to thaw them. However, the investigation was not able to definitively conclude a specific cause for the fire, so the fire cause is undetermined.
