INDIANAPOLIS
Doris L. Smitley, 83, of Indianapolis, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017 at her home.
She was born March 8, 1934 in Tompkinsville, Kentucky, to the late Frank Allen.
She retired from Kroger Dairy in Indianapolis after 30 years of service. Doris enjoyed playing BINGO.
She is survived by a son, Larry (Kathy) Rollins of New Castle; two grandsons, Brian Taylor of Franklin and Alan (Cindy) Brooks of Spiceland; five great-grandchildren, several sisters, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at South Mound Cemetery, West Lawn Addition with Pastor Mark Herbkersman officiating.
