BARGERSVILLE
Anna L. Altum, of Bargersville, entered into eternal rest on December 29, 2017. She was born on October 27, 1919 in Indianapolis, to the late Sumner and May Clancy.
Anna loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She enjoyed traveling, boating, sewing, and making photo albums. She was a member of Bargersville Senior Citizen Center and First Christian Church of Bargersville.
Anna is survived by her loving daughters, Shirley (Larry) Wood and Susan (John) Richards; three grandchildren, Jennifer Wood Studley (Jeff), Matthew Hadley (Fallon) and Doug Hadley (Molly); nine great grandchildren and nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, William “Bill” L. Altum and two siblings, Eleanor Stenberg and Gordon Clancy.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2018 at First Christian Church of Bargersville,101 East Street, Bargersville, Indiana 46106. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. She will be laid to rest in Crown Hill Cemetery.
