Melisa L. “Missi” (Streeval) Williamson, age 55, passed away all too soon on Monday morning, December 18, 2017, at Franciscan St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis, after battling cancer. She was a resident of Franklin.

Missi was born April 24, 1962, in Decatur, Illinois, to David L. and Kay (Fears) Streeval. She worked in the maintenance department at Johnson County Courthouse for over 21 years.

Missi enjoyed shopping, going to the casino and traveling to the beaches in Florida. She loved to spend time with her dog, Sugar, and tending to her flower garden. Most of all, Missi loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She will be missed by her son, Jeremy (Heather) Williamson; mother, Kay Streeval; grandchildren, David “Gage” Williamson, Gavyn Lee Williamson and McKaylynn Marie Williamson; siblings, Doris (John) Bozich, Rhonda (Jim) Fidanza, Lisa (Terry) Spall, David “Lee” (DeLynn) Streeval, Craig (April) Streeval and Eric (Amy) Streeval; stepsons, John Limp and Chris Limp; and step-grandchildren, Alaina Limp and Harper Limp.

Missi was preceded in death by her father, David; brother, Steve Streeval; infant children, Tyler, Zachary and Garrett Limp; and her life companion, Jeff Limp.

Chaplain Don Sanders will conduct a Celebration of Life service at 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 3, at Flinn & Maguire Funeral Home, 898 North Morton Street in Franklin. Friends may call from 5 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
