Greenwood Village Pantry robbed

Police are investigating after a Greenwood convenience store was robbed at gunpoint.

Officers were called to the Village Pantry, 99 S. Madison Ave., at 11:44 p.m. Tuesday after a man had robbed the store at gunpoint.

The man wore a mask and pointed a gun at the clerk, demanding money. Once the clerk gave him cash, he ran to a waiting car nearby on Pearl Street, according to the Greenwood Police Department report.

Police have video of the robbery, and are investigating, the report said.
