Born the youngest child of Charles and Ocal Corrie near Greenwood on January 3, 1927, Jane Jones passed from this world to God’s eternity on December 8, 2017.
She was married to Major Cecil Roy Jones in 1946, and they have six children: Roy (Joy), Janet Logan (Russ), Dr. Tom (Karilyn), Deb Kite (Bert), Chris (Paula), and Jeff (Corina).

In addition, Jane loved to dance, she was an exceptional bridge player, euchre enthusiast, and a dedicated member of Psi Iota Psi sorority. She was a lifelong member of Greenwood United Methodist Church.
She leaves this world better than she found it, especially through her love of her family and flowers, since she worked many years for Flowers by George in Greenwood, where her sister Becky also worked. In addition to her six children, she is survived by 16 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
