Joseph “Joe” John Buttice, 71, of Greenwood, passed away November 25, 2017.
Joe was born on May 28, 1946 in Logansport to the late Joseph and Rose Buttice. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen Weddle Buttice; daughter, Jennifer (Robert) Pearsey; grandchildren Morgan, Megan and Robert Joseph; great-granddaughter Bella; siblings, Michael Buttice, Al (Sue) Buttice, Patty (Junior) Pinkard, Judy (Paul) Handshu and many beloved nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, Sat., Dec 9, 2017 at SS Francis and Clare of Assisi Catholic Church, 5901 W. Olive Branch Rd, Greenwood. Father Steve Giannini will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial directly after the visitation.
Joe was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He served his country during the Vietnam War and was a disabled veteran. Memorial contributions may be made to the Greenwood Memorial VFW Post 5864, 333 S. Washington St, Greenwood, IN 46143.
