BARGERSVILLE
Mary Jo Sheely (Schnell) of Bargersville, Indiana passed away on Sunday, December 3rd, 2017.
She was born in Schnellville, Indiana on August 5th, 1939 to Alois and Barbara (Fritz) Schnell. She married Gene Howard Sheely on April 21st, 1961. He survives. Jo is also survived by their beloved daughters, Cheryl Morphew (Joe) of Trafalgar and Rhonda Vandivier (Dan) of Franklin; her grandson, Matthew McCarthy (Whitney) of Beech Grove and her great-granddaughter, Sarah Ellise.
Jo worked for many years as a bookkeeper.
Jo’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and hosting family get togethers. She enjoyed attending her grandson’s football and baseball games.
Father Steve Giannini will conduct a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, December 7th at 12:00 noon at SS Francis and Clare Roman Catholic Church, 5901 Olive Branch Road, Greenwood, Indiana 46143. Family and Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, December 6th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
