DARLINGTON, S.C. — A man has surrendered to sheriff’s deputies in the shooting death of a South Carolina teen earlier this month.

Darlington County Sheriff’s Lt. Robby Kilgo said in a news release that 24-year-old Keith Kevin Larry of Hartsville turned himself in to deputies Tuesday evening.

Kilgo said Larry is charged with murder in the Nov. 13 shooting death of 18-year-old Quanzavius Tylik Ceasar at a home near Lamar.

Larry is also charged with two counts of armed robbery for holdups in the Lamar area earlier this month.

He’s being held in the Darlington County jail. It was not known if he has an attorney.
