Hanly P. Harmon, 90, of Greenwood, passed away November 19, 2017. He was born July 2, 1927 to the late Pirtle Wallace Harmon and Mary Ethel Kemp.
Hanly is survived by loving wife, Lela Delpha Harmon; sons, John (Roseanna) Harmon, Stephen (Therese) Harmon; daughters, Sandra Lawson, Carolyn (Mike) Dragoo, Rebecca (Jim) Irvin, Holly Belton (John) Richardson; sister, Joan Faye (Peter) Dehmel; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Hanly proudly served his country in the United States Navy, serving in the WWII. Hanly was employed at Amtrack Railroad for 31 years. He was a 32nd degree Mason.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Morris Floyd Harmon, William Everett Harmon and Thomas Edward Harmon. Hanly will be greatly missed by many.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 25th at Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 9am-12pm with services at 12:00 pm.
