Busche Aluminum Technologies, 1450 Commerce Parkway: Police responded at 1:40 a.m. Tuesday to a report of a man that was unconscious. The man got stuck in a machine and fell after being freed. He was treated at Johnson Memorial Hospital.

Fraud

100 block of Williamsburg Lane: A woman reported at 11:53 a.m. Monday that someone used her bank account to buy $1,500 in prepaid cards.

1100 block of Hospital Road: A woman reported at 2:22 p.m. Monday that someone unauthorized used her account.

Personal-injury accident

4:32 p.m. Monday — U.S. 31 North and Schoolhouse Road. Jennifer L. Livers, 27, Indianapolis and Ronnie L. Burgess, 36, Morgantown. Passenger Kathryn Burgess, 28, Morgantown, reported head pain.

1:23 p.m. Tuesday — Johnson Avenue and Adams Street.

Fraud

700 block of South State Road 135: Police responded at 4:28 p.m. Tuesday to a report of cash taken out of an account without consent.

400 block Chaney Avenue: Police responded at 11:08 a.m. Tuesday to a report of theft.

Buy a Car Wholesale, 708 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 2:54 p.m. Tuesday to a report of theft of a car.

3000 block of Golfview Drive, Greenwood: A man reported at 10:53 a.m. Tuesday that a college-aged man came to his door claiming to be from Indiana University and asked for a donation or for a man to buy a book to support a college trip. The pitch is fraudulent.

2100 block of Woodsway Drive, Greenwood: A woman reported at 12:54 p.m. Tuesday that a college aged man came to her door claiming to be from Indiana University and asked for a donation or for the woman to buy a book to support a college trip. The pitch is fraudulent.

Jeremiah E. Ray, 38, 19 Lynnwood Drive, New Whiteland; arrested on charges of contempt of court and an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Logan Spencer Dillion Ruddick, 26, 1260 S. Jackson Park Drive, Apt. A, Seymour; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.
