MORGANTOWN
Shelby “Jean” Ferguson, 79, of Morgantown passed away on November 14, 2017. Jean was born on October 12, 1938 in Indianapolis, IN to George and Helen Lynam.
Jean was a very happy and loving person. She was a proud Auxiliary Member at The American Legion Post 252. She loved researching genealogy; Jean was an avid Colts fan; her favorite past time was spending time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be sorely missed by many.
Jean is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carlton R. Ferguson in 1968; son Ronnie (Pam) Ferguson; daughters, Dawn (Michael) Taylor, Fawn (Allen) Kean and Tammi (Jeff) Heffley; brother, George W. Lynam; sisters, June (Bill) Shrieves and Pat (Ted) Kirby; 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, IN.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the start of service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
