FRANKLIN
Brian L. McTarsney, age 58, passed away all too soon on Thursday evening, November 16, 2017 at his home in Franklin.
He was born April 26, 1959, in Franklin, to his parents, the late Lynn and Esther M. (Rodgers) McTarsney.
Brian worked as a material handler for KYB Corporation in Franklin for the past 11 years. Prior to that, he was an auto welder for Arvin Industries in Franklin for 10 years.
Brian enjoyed restoring antique cars and working on small engines. He also enjoyed attending antique car shows and spending time with his family.
Brian is survived by his children, Donovan McTarsney, Adam McTarsney and Jessica McTarsney all of Franklin, companion, Gayle Decker of Franklin; siblings, Debbie (Larry) Bowman of Edinburgh, Crystal Smith, Dawn McTarsney, Jack (Carol) McTarsney and Barry (Lisa) McTarsney all of Franklin; grandchildren, Iris, Quentin and Lilly McTarsney all of Franklin.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Rocky McTarsney.
The Rev. Michael Mercer will conduct a funeral service at 1 p.m. on Monday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Nineveh Cemetery.
