Runners and walkers can get a work out in before their Thanksgiving dinner at an annual Thanksgiving Day fun run.
The 7th annual Turkey Burn will be 9 a.m. Nov. 23 at Craig Park in Greenwood. Cost ranges from $20 without a shirt to $35, which includes a sweatshirt.
The annual event is in memory of Jamie Sue Ramey, a Greenwood resident who died from cancer.
Families and runners can choose between 1.5 miles runs, a 5K or a 10K to get their holiday started.
Packet pick-up is between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. at the amphitheater in the park.
