SALT LAKE CITY — Salt Lake City police say they are looking for a man who was stabbed multiple times by a woman after he groped her.

Salt Lake City police spokesman Greg Wilking says the woman was attacked by the man Friday morning while jogging in Salt Lake City.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports that the woman was carrying a small knife in her hand and stabbed the man when he grabbed her.

Wilking says the man ran away after being stabbed and the woman chased him, but she stopped her pursuit to go home and call police.

Police say the woman told them that the man might have puncture wounds on his arms, legs and chest.
