COLLEGE CHOICES

Franklin seniors pick schools

Three Franklin athletes signed letters of intent to continue their playing careers at the collegiate level.

Rachel Kinney, a former volleyball player for the Grizzly Cubs, will play at Murray State beginning next fall. The Racers, a Division I program in Kentucky, play in the Ohio Valley Conference.

Alec MacLennan, an All-County baseball selection last spring for Franklin, will play at Judson University during the 2018-19 school year, and Javan Johnson, an All-County and All-State golfer as a junior, signed with Taylor University. Both Judson and Taylor are NAIA programs.
