VENTURA, Calif. — Three years after a man was stabbed to death in an Oxnard park, police have released a video that details the case and includes pleas from his daughters asking the public for information.

The Ventura County Star reports the video released on Monday is a first for the police department, and it comes after investigators have exhausted nearly every technique for figuring out who killed 55-year-old Labh Nigah in November 2014.

Detective Miguel Serrato says police know almost everything about what occurred the day Nigah was killed, including what the suspect was doing before the killing, but they don’t know the identity of the suspect. Police are hoping the video will lead to new tips.

Police have created a composite image of the suspect using witness descriptions and DNA analysis.
