Families can volunteer together the day after Thanksgiving.
Pack Away Hunger is hosting a Pack Friday event on Nov. 24.
The Indianapolis organization is looking for volunteers to pack meals of rice, soy, vegetables and vitamins and minerals. Packed meals will be distributed to local food pantries.
