Fraud

• 800 block of South State Road 135: Police responded at 3:01 p.m. Thursday to a report of fraud.
• Walmart, 1133 N. Emerson Avenue: Police responded at 3:33 p.m. Thursday to a report of someone scanning items under incorrect bar codes.

Criminal mischief

• 1200 block of Easton Pointe Drive: Police responded at 8:39 a.m., Thursday to a report of criminal mischief.
• 800 block of Durham Way: Police responded at 10:34 a.m. Thursday to a report of a windshield damaged with a BB gun. 
• 500 block of Redfox Court: Police responded at 7:59 a.m. Friday to a report of shaving cream on a vehicle.

Theft

4400 block of West County Line Road, Greenwood: Police responded at 1:13 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft of electrical wiring.

Donnie L. Hardy, 34, 244 Mission Trail, Mooresville; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and restricted use of a drug injection device; held on $2,400 bond.

Tristan Todd Moore, 20, 6630 Iona Road, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation revocation; released on $300 bond.

Steven Cody James Richardson, 21, 605 Lincoln St., Edinburgh; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $500 bond.
