2200 block of Bridlewood Drive: A man reported at 4 p.m. Wednesday that several tools were stolen from a work site.
Thefts
- 2800 block of U.S. 31 North: A woman reported at 1:38 p.m. Wednesday that someone stole her wallet out of her car and used her cards fraudulently.
- Quality Inn, 150 Umbarger Lane: A man reported at 4:46 p.m. Wednesday that he placed his laptop in a room and left it there. When he called to see if it was left, it was gone.

- 800 block of East Main Street: Police responded at 11:31 a.m. Wednesday to a report of theft.

- 5:43 a.m. Wednesday — State Road 144W and Centerline Road, Franklin. Justin Perry, 26, Trafalgar and Devin Light, 53, Franklin. Light reported knee/lower leg/foot pain.
