MEDFORD, Maine — Maine State Police are reminding hunters to keep a lookout for any signs of two people who have been missing since last year.

Maine Department of Public Safety spokesman Stephen McCausland says they have been conducting extensive searches for Russell Burnett and Diana Estey in the Franklin and Medford areas, but have not turned up any signs of the two. WLBZ-TV reports the two disappearances are not related.

Authorities say the 71-year-old Estey disappeared in Medford last November, and the 48-year-old Burnett disappeared from his Franklin home in February.

Anyone with information is asked to contact state police in Bangor.
