An Edinburgh man was arrested after he was accused of battering his pregnant girlfriend and stealing her medication.
A pregnant female said that her boyfriend, Logan Wolfe, 29, had stolen some of her pills and the two had argued, the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department said. Deputies were called to Wolfe’s residence at 13500 U.S. 31 North in Edinburgh at 11:23 p.m. Saturday
The argument escalated and he shoved her to the ground before leaving the residence, deputies said.
The woman was taken to Columbus Regional Hospital for treatment, deputies said.
Wolfe checked himself into the hospital emergency room, where he was treated and released. He was arrested on charges of felony domestic battery on a pregnant female and theft of medication.
Wolfe was held in the Bartholomew County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bond, jail officials said.
