OKLAHOMA CITY — Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened near a commercial area in Oklahoma City.

The Oklahoman reports a man was shot and killed about 11:30 p.m. Sunday north of downtown, near a group of restaurants, office buildings and a grocery store.

Master Sgt. Gary Knight told the newspaper someone else was hospitalized, but it was unclear how that person was hurt.

No arrest has been made. This is the 70th homicide investigation in Oklahoma City this year.
