Burglar hits gas station twice

A Center Grove area gas station was burglarized on consecutive nights, with surveillance video showing the same man coming back to steal items a second time, the sheriff’s office said.

A man broke into a Circle K gas station at the intersection of County Line Road and North Bluff Road overnight Monday and Tuesday, stealing cans of chewing tobacco both times, Johnson County Sheriff’s Office reports said.

On Monday evening, surveillance video showed a man using a cinder block to break the glass on the entrance door and stealing several cans of chewing tobacco, the report said.
