WALHALLA, N.D. — A 33-year-old man is dead after a vehicle rollover near Walhalla, in northeastern North Dakota.

The accident happened at 11:45 p.m. Friday. The Highway Patrol says a 31-year-old man driving a pickup failed to negotiate a curve and went into the ditch.

The victim was a passenger in the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was taken to a Cavalier hospital.

The crash remains under investigation.
