FRANKLIN
David Charles Talbott, 66, of Franklin, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2017. He was born on May 19, 1951, in Indianapolis, to Claude F. and Lilly M. (Hickey) Talbott. He married Beth Bryant on October 19, 2002.
He was a polisher for Von Duprin, for 37 years. David enjoyed fishing and making his own lures, camping, and hunting. He also liked golfing, go-kart racing, bowling, and building model cars. David loved to make people laugh and spending time with his friends and family.
David is survived by his wife, Beth A. Talbott of Franklin; his children, Dusty (Mike) Adams of Arizonia, Patricia (Chris) Lauderdale and David Jr. (Desiree) Talbott both of Indiana; one sister, Cherie Talbott; and five grandchildren, Emery Talbott, Tyrone Bills, Raven Bills, Illabelle Adams, Samantha Lauderdale, and Malik Talbott.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family will be hosting a visitation from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 23, 2017, at Jessen Funeral home, Franklin Chapel 197 E. Jefferson St. A funeral will immediately follow, at 7 p.m., at the funeral home.
