Woman arrested on charges of selling methamphetamine

A woman was arrested and charged with a felony after police said she sold methamphetamine.

Darrian Paige Ellen Harrison, 23, of Edinburgh, was charged with one count of dealing methamphetamine.

In March, police set up an undercover drug deal through phone calls and text messages with Harrison and bought 1.6 grams of methamphetamine, according to the charging information.

Harrison was charged with the Level 4 felony, which carries a maximum sentence of up to 12 years in prison.

Harrison, 50 Rainbow Lane, was arrested and taken to the Johnson County jail, where she was held on $13,200 bond.
