Attempted crime

Dollar General, 1872 Northwood Plaza: An employee reported at 5:58 p.m. Thursday that someone attempted to use a stolen credit card to charge a Halloween mask, two gift cards, a snack and prepaid debit cards.


Criminal mischief

900 block of Bull Run West Drive: Police responded at 7:33 a.m. Friday to a report of criminal mischief.


Walmart, 882 S. State Road 135: Police responded at 12:26 p.m. Thursday to a report of shoplifting.

Von Maur, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 9:53 p.m. Thursday to a report of juveniles shoplifting. They were arrested and released to their mothers.

Jail bookings

The following people recently were arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and booked into jail:

Tabatha J. Naugle, 36, 1302 W. Banta Road, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $161 bond.

Dana M. Young, 34, 29 S. Fenton Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation revocation; held without bond.

Dustin Shawn Rector, 29, 8125 E. Thompson Road, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of non support of a child; held on $13,588.33 bond.
