Roxana Louise Lovins, 71, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away October 10, 2017. She is survived by her children, Jana Rai Robinson, Kirt William Lovins, Kyle Eric Lovins, Brandon Corey Lovins, Charles Andrew Brock; seven siblings; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
