Greenwood mortgage officer honored company-wide
A loan originator who works out of Ruoff Home Mortgage’s Greenwood office was the top loan originator company-wide in September.
Donnie Dodson earned the top spot that is based on the number of loans closed during the month. Dodson has been with Ruoff Home Mortgage since May 2015. He has won the top spot several times.
Ruoff Home Mortgage has more than 30 branches across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Florida.

Insurance and real estate office having grand opening party
An insurance and real estate office is having a grand opening party to celebrate their new offices.
Compass Real Estate and Insurance’s grand opening is 6 to 8 p. m. Nov. 7 at 4800 W. Smith Valley Road, Suite J, Greenwood.
Over the last year, Compass has transformed from a small one-room shop to a fast-growing business. The business is locally owned and operated in Greenwood.
Doctor added to rehabilitation office
Franciscan Physician Network Rehabilitation Specialists has added a new doctor to the practice.
Nina Bhupathiraju joins the team who specialize in providing nonsurgical treatments for disorders associated with disability with a focus on improving function and quality of life and decreasing pain.
Bhupathiraju completed her residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital in Wheaton, Illinois, where she also served as chief resident. She earned her medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in Netherlands Antilles. She completed a preliminary internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago before her training at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital.
